This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is an integral part of Tantra club’s terms and conditions. We operate our services through our website and offer them to clients in the Czech Republic. Our two branches are located at:

Tantra club takes care to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“Regulation”). 1. Personal data controller
The data controller is the Tantra club. All communications regarding data protection or notifications of security incidents should be sent to: info@tantra-prague.cz or by post to the above addresses. The Company has not currently appointed a Data Protection Officer in accordance with Article 37 of the Regulation.

8. Security of personal data
Tantra club protects your personal information using the highest security standards, including encryption and authentication technologies, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Your data is secured by firewalls and accessed only by a limited number of individuals who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. Cookies and web beacons
We use cookies (session ID cookies and persistent cookies) on the Portal to track your visits and facilitate navigation. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Session ID cookies expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain on your disk for a longer period of time. We also determine whether you have JavaScript enabled in your browser to improve your browsing experience. Most browsers automatically accept cookies.
